Entertainment Conference Speakeasy with Peter Thomas was a Success!
On July 20th at Club One CLT, Txture Magazine (Txture Communications) and The 518 Group hosted the How Can I Be Down? Entertainment Conference Speakeasy with Peter Thomas and moderated by Ms. Jessica of Power 98 (The Morning Madhouse). The Speakeasy served as an intimate mixer between Peter Thomas (Founder of the How Can I Be Down? Entertainment Conference) and the creative millennial audience in the NC/SC area. Peter proposed to the audience that with the growing number of people relocating to the Charlotte market as well as the growing number of talented creatives in the area, its time to create, connect and collaborate together. The conference will consist of workshops, networking, parties, performances, & an independent film showcase. The conference will also introduce “The HCIBD Respect Fest”, which is a celebration of hip hop & the culture it influences.
In addition to influences and tastemakers, CEO (John Brown) and President (Shavar Hayes) of The Session Magazine were in attendance.
