Chef Ava Evans is the CEO of Ava’s Lowcountry Cuisine. As a native of Charleston, South Carolina, she is the epitome of “country cuisine”. Chef Ava’s expertise range from fine dining to coastal Carolina favorites; with an elegant, gourmet twist. Ava’s Lowcountry Cuisine consists of catering, personal chef, meal preparation, and more with a menu that offers locally grown produce and meats. Chef Ava is committed to providing outstanding customer service and delicious food to clients, guests, and visitors of Ava's Lowcountry Cuisine.

As a retired Army veteran in Special Operations, Chef Ava has a passion of giving back to various causes. The Falcon Children’s Home of North Carolina and the Wounded Warrior Project, which is a non-profit organization devoted to supporting wounded veterans of the military actions following September 11 are all projects which are dear to her heat. As a veteran and community advocate, she is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after chefs on the East Coast.
